Josué Román Castro is the founder of The Ledger Path and a former Vice President of Finance at a global entertainment company. He brings executive-level experience across accounting, financial reporting, payroll, compliance, tax coordination, and operational finance, with a background rooted in fast-moving, project-based businesses where strong financial structure is essential to growth.

Before launching The Ledger Path, Josué led finance operations across multi-entity and international environments, supporting complex business activity across teams, vendors, clients, and leadership. His work has included overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, improving financial reporting, strengthening internal processes, supporting payroll structures, managing compliance needs, and helping businesses build the controls and financial visibility they need to operate with confidence.

Josué holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Juris Doctor, giving him both financial and legal perspective in the work he does. That combination supports a thoughtful approach to business structure, compliance, contracts, and financial operations, particularly for businesses navigating growth, change, or increasing complexity.
